1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p8999" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://p8999.vip, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the p8999 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all related services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered gaming account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or high-value transactions are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance framework p8999 adheres to in accordance with its licensing obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on p8999 and use the Platform's gaming and betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p8999 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by p8999 for rule violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of p8999 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent jurisdictional access restrictions.

p8999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. p8999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

You must promptly notify p8999 support at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. p8999 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

All Account information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. p8999 reserves the right to suspend any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on p8999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. p8999 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed on the withdrawal interface, subject to payment provider processing times. p8999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

p8999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to a Player's Account Balance where KYC documentation is outstanding, where the withdrawal is flagged by our AML systems, or where there is an active investigation into the Account.

• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay may be treated as suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to p8999's AML policy.
• p8999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

p8999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out herein.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• p8999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to hedging bets, creating multiple accounts, or colluding with other Players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Seasonal promotions during Eid and Ramadan are offered in a culturally respectful manner and are subject to the same general bonus terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the p8999 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

p8999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, where the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical malfunction, or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome.

For cricket betting specifically, in the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as displayed in the relevant betting interface at the time of the bet.

Winnings are credited to your Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Settlement timeframes vary by sport and event type and are displayed within the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity without their explicit and lawful consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p8999 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

p8999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any credible evidence of illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the p8999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p8999 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of p8999.

Any unauthorised use of p8999's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p8999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the Platform or payment services.
• Errors in game software or odds calculation that have been corrected and voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

p8999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

p8999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described therein.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by our licensing obligations and applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

p8999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• An Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate the restriction of services in a particular territory.

Upon Account closure for cause, p8999 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause by p8999, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms

p8999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p8999 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted thereon, you should first contact p8999's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. p8999 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by p8999's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under p8999's international gaming license. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the jurisdiction specified by the licensing authority.
